These tips are good ones, but there is nothing like that in my “Downloaded Apps” and clearing the browser history/cache&cookies and app data hasn’t helped 🙁

It’s been popping up for about 2 months or so, especially on ebay, but also on other sites.
I don’t click ” ok”, I press the back-button, but then I’m stuck on that f@#%ing page and my phone is vibrating like crazy. From that point on, I can’t go back via the back-button, and when I leave the page, another pop-up asks if I really wanna leave.
    This is so damn annoying!
And no, I’ve not been on porn sites or stuff like that.

  4. Michael Fass says:

But how do you prevent it from coming back? Chrome does not support ad blockers on android. The few out there that r compatible with Chrome do nothing to block ads.

    Doesn’t work on a Pixel 2 XL

I’m on Android 8.0.0 OnePlus 5. None of these options work. There is no downloaded section. Could you guys add some screen shots maybe on Android Oreo?? As others have said the pop up / congrats bull sh*t shows up as a Facebook thing and particularly happens on eBay. Also you can install Chrome beta and Chromo and it will happen in all browser through fresh installations.
